1. Digital service delivery

CortTech London provides website design and development services digitally.

We do not ship physical products as part of our standard website packages.

There are therefore no physical delivery charges, postal deliveries or shipping addresses required for the website service.

2. Website delivery time

Our standard website service is targeted for delivery within 3 business days.

The 3-business-day period begins once we have received all information, content, images, branding materials, access details and other information reasonably required to build the website.

If the customer does not provide the required materials promptly, the delivery period may be extended until the necessary information is received.

Requests for additional functionality or changes outside the agreed scope may also require additional time.

3. Delivery confirmation

When the website is ready, we will provide the customer with the relevant access details, preview link or other information required to access or review the completed website.

4. Third-party delays

Some elements of a website may depend on third-party providers, including domain registrars, hosting providers, payment providers, email providers, APIs and other platforms.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by failures or delays of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to communicate significant issues and assist the customer where reasonably possible.

5. International customers

Although CortTech London initially focuses on the UK, we may accept orders from customers internationally.

International customers should note that delivery of the website remains a digital service and does not involve physical shipping.
